Ohio Bridges Provider
Building Brighter Futures
Bridges is administered by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, through a grant agreement with the Child and Family Health Collaborative of Ohio.
NOAS provides services available through Bridges, a post-emancipation support program in Ohio that extends housing and other supportive services to eligible former foster youth.
These young adults are eligible to apply and participate at the age of 18, until they reach the age of 21.
Bridges is a voluntary program available to young adults who are 18, 19, and 20 who aged out of foster care in Ohio and are in school, working, participating in an employment program, or have a medical condition that prevents them from going to school or working. The program provides guidance and support as they transition to adulthood.
