Bridges is a voluntary program available to young adults who are 18, 19, and 20 who aged out of foster care in Ohio and are in school, working, participating in an employment program, or have a medical condition that prevents them from going to school or working. The program provides guidance and support as they transition to adulthood.

Our Bridges Liaisons provide the following services to eligible young adults:

• Provides guidance in learning functional life and academic skills for lifelong self-sufficiency
• Supports young adults in their development of an educational foundation and skill set that enables them to gain and maintain employment that meets their financial needs
• Ensures there is access to safe, stable and healthy housing
• Links young adults to appropriate physical and behavioral health services to help with self-esteem
