NOAS’ Continuing Education classes provide foster caregivers and adoptive parents the opportunity to enhance their parenting skills. The classes provide training hours (and topics) required during the foster license certification period. TBRI® and CORE Teen classes also enhance skills and count toward the training requirements (see schedules listed on NOAS Education Classes page). Families working with other agencies and community members are welcome to register.
