Why should you give to NOAS?
You can rest assured that your charitable donation, large or small (because every penny counts), will help make a difference in the life of a current and/or former foster youth. Every dollar of your donation and every hour you spend volunteering goes directly toward supporting finding permanent connections for children and young adults from foster care. Because of your support we can continue creating connections, training specialized families, and getting the word out by speaking engagements, events, and through the media.
Creating Connections:
Your donation will ensure that foster youth have the opportunity to meet as many prospective families as possible through family finding, child-specific recruitment, matching, and quarterly support programs for families and foster youth. We also started a new program called TBRI®/CORE Teen, where families learn how to connect with their foster and adoptive children in a loving and caring way.
Training:
NOAS is dedicated to assisting families interested in becoming foster or foster-to-adopt parents at every stage, and will offer continuous support and assistance to families free of charge. Our team of highly educated professionals works diligently to provide families with parenting preparation through pre-placement education classes, home study services, ongoing training, post-placement support, and various other services aimed at creating lasting connections for foster youth.
Getting The Word Out:
Your donation help us find prospective host families for young adults who have aged out of the system and adoptive families in our communities through events, media, speaking engagements and more.

Giving made easy. One of the first lessons we learn as children are that coins add up to dollars.
